Markku Kosonen is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of LFG Brands— a brand house of beauty and wellness services that includes the M Room barbershop chain and the Poslin sugaring chain. Back in June 2024, before the formation of LFG Brands, M Room was searching for a new board member. Kosonen approached Ferovalo to assist in finding the right person for the role.

Of the applicants, M Room selected four candidates for interviews. After rigorous screening, Paula Sirén was selected to join the Board of Directors. Kosonen and his colleagues were impressed with Sirén's solid financial expertise and experience in both rapid growth and the hair and beauty industry.
Later in 2024, M Room became part of LFG Brands, and Sirén's role evolved to support the broader company as one of LFG Brands' board members. Her contributions have been integral as LFG Brands works toward its ambitious growth goals.
Kosonen and his team have not only been impressed with Sirén but also with Ferovalo's process of finding her. Kosonen is confident he will call Ferovalo if another need arises.
